UNC Rex Hospital was set to build the first full service hospital in Wake County in 20 years, and chose Holly Springs to be the new location.

Conveniently positioned at the intersection of Glenwood Avenue and Creedmoor Road, Crabtree Center is a five-story office building located directly across from Crabtree Valley Mall’s premier shopping and dining.

The first building officially opened in August 2018, with plans for the 94-acre site to include up to 9 instructional buildings. CMS Controls was tasked with supporting WTCC in construction of its second building on this new campus.

UNC Rex Healthcare and CMS Controls met to discuss the planned new heart and vascular facility at Rex Hospital. The new building was in the planning stages and set to be the premier Heart and Vascular Hospital in North Carolina, situated prominently in front of their main campus in Raleigh.
